What is Euroports CoachDesk?
Euroports CoachDesk is a flexible and personalised coaching service, developed in collaboration with trusted experts, UNLOQ. Through a secure online platform, you can connect with certified coaches to address your unique development needs, gain fresh perspectives, and implement sustainable improvements in your work and life.
Coaching Packages
We offer four distinct coaching packages, each designed to support you at different moments in your career. No matter your situation, your coach will provide flexible, on-demand support tailored to your needs.
Please note that if you select Deep Dive coaching, your journey starts with a 30-minute intake session where you'll get to know your coach and discuss your goals, challenges, and what you hope to achieve. The following session will be a four-way call, bringing together you, your coach, your HR representative, and your manager. This ensures everyone is aligned and working together to support your success.
This comprehensive approach guarantees that you receive the support and strategies necessary for overcoming obstacles and driving transformation in both your professional and personal life.

Complete the Euroports CoachDesk - Coaching Request Approval Form
Once you have selected your coaching package, download and complete the Coaching Request Approval Form.

HR & Manager Approval
Once you have completed the form above, send it to your manager and HR for approval. Please note all fields are mandatory, and only applications with all signatures will be approved.

Upload the Approval Form
After the form is complete and signed by your manager and HR, upload the file in the Apply page.

Confirmation
After receiving your application, we will re-confirm the request with your HR representative to ensure all details are correct and that everything is in place for the coaching process to begin smoothly.

Introduction to Your Chosen Coach and Start of the Journey
Once everything is confirmed, we will introduce you to your chosen coach. From this point, your personalized coaching journey will officially begin!
Onboarding coaching
Starting a new job or transitioning into a different role can feel overwhelming.
This 1-hour coaching session is designed for employees who are new to Euroports or stepping into new responsibilities. Your coach will help you navigate challenges, set clear priorities, and build confidence in your new role. Whether you need guidance on integrating into a team or understanding expectations, this session ensures a strong start.
Deep Dive coaching
Do you feel stuck in a professional or personal challenge that requires deep reflection and strategic change?
This intensive 8-hour coaching programme is designed for individuals looking to develop strategies for overcoming obstacles and achieving meaningful change. Whether you're managing a difficult project, refining leadership skills, or working on personal growth, this programme provides structured guidance to drive lasting improvements.
Extension coaching
Have you made great progress but feel like you could use a little extra help?
If you've completed the Deep Dive programme but feel the need for ongoing support, this 3-hour extension allows you to build on your progress. It offers additional flexibility to refine strategies, tackle new challenges, and maintain momentum in your personal and professional development.
Tailor-Made coaching
Do you have specific development needs that require a personalised solution?
If your coaching needs go beyond standard programmes, the Tailor-Made package provides a fully customised coaching plan. Whether you want to integrate manager or team feedback, focus on leadership development, or use tools like 360-degree assessments, this package offers flexibility to align with your unique goals.
